We all get it. Some worse than others. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I guess a lot of it depends on how we look at it. Is it really a problem or is it just simply things that you don’t want to do? Could it be something you need to go through to learn something? Is is a consequence from not being responsible or from lying?
Is it hard physically? How is your physical condition? Are you up to that chore?. Have you been taken care of yourself or have you just let yourself go. Are you on a decent diet or is it cheeseburgers and French fries. Do you exercise regularly? Get the sleep you need? As my father use to say “ If I had known I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself.”
Did you study when you went to school and now have a decent job as a result or did you just get by. Are you able to be clear minded and think, or are you a drug user and or a big drinker. Did you throw away your past or try to accomplish something. How is your now and who was ultimately responsible?
So you see theres a lot more to it all than you think.
